Who we are

houseofmena.com is operated by House of Mena LLC, 1194 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90019 ("the house", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we email a confirmation; we may decline or refund any order affected by a pricing or inventory error, and we'll tell you promptly if so. Sales tax is applied where required by California law.

Products

Many pieces in the house are handmade in small ateliers. Small variations in color, stone and finish are the nature of the work, not defects. Product imagery is as accurate as screens allow.

Intellectual property

The HŌM name, logo, and site content belong to House of Mena LLC or to the designers who entrusted them to us. Please don't reuse them without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under California consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes belong to the courts of Los Angeles County.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it.
